Return & Refund Policy – BB Scent & More

1. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation) In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any item without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at bbscentmore@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened perfumes or fragrance oils
Opened shimmering body oils
Any product that has been used or damaged by the customer

4. How to Return

Email us at bbscentmore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We will send you return instructions within 2 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

5. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bbscentmore@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at bbscentmore@gmail.com.

8. Exchanges Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us at bbscentmore@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
